Pergolas
and Hardscapes
I surprised how many have not thought to build a Pergola in their backyard. The beauty it creates makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Pergola covers help moderate heat and sunlight, giving your backyard an elegant look while increasing the value of your home because the eye appeal surpasses that of typical awnings.
PERGOLA TYPES
Traditional Pergolas
Featuring traditional wood or vinyl joists and runners and supportive posts, our traditional pergolas offer elegant styling that accents any backyard decor.
Artisan Pergolas
Featuring a thick, heavy runner that spans all sides, as well as larger joists and runners across the top, our Artisan pergolas offer added strength and durability along with superior architectural interest.
An Artisan Pergola is a stylized upgrade from a Traditional Pergola. While traditional models feature simpler, open designs with flat grid roofs, artisan styles incorporate heavier timbers, notched roof intersections, and ornate trim work (like decorative post skirts and capitals) for a more elegant, old world aesthetic
Kingston Pergolas
King-sized and strong, the all-cedar Kingston pergola provides plenty of shade and features massive 6×12 beams and standard 8×8 posts for strength and durability.
A “Kingston Pergola” typically refers to a heavy-duty, premium outdoor shade structure known for its rugged, upscale, and highly customizable design that features extra-large timber framing.
Santa Fe Pergolas
Both the Santa Fe and Kingston are highly durable, premium Amish-built pergola styles, but they differ significantly in aesthetic and design. The Santa Fe is defined by a bold, slanted lean-to roof, while the Kingston features a massive, traditional timber-framed design built for serious, “hurricane-tough” shade and shelter.
Experience the ultimate in stylish backyard shade, with our premium Santa Fe pergola. The sloping top is finished with decorative scallops and purlins for a refined look you’ll love.
Arcadian Pergolas
The curved, flowing lines of our Arcadian pergolas offer a touch of Mediterranean style that is elegant and inviting.
Vista Pergolas
Vista Pergolas are constructed of either pressure-treated southern yellow pine or western red cedar. Standing on 8×8 post the include decorative post skirts at the bottom and anchoring brackets and bolts to attach directly to your concrete footers. The massive headers are solid 5×12 glulams on pine and 4×10 on cedar.

Schedule walk-through and we can create a list of your desired changes needed.
1. Financial Plan
This step involves setting a realistic budget for the project. You need to account for all costs, including materials, labor, permits, and unexpected expenses. Establishing a financial plan ensures you stay within budget and avoid surprises.
2. Design Plan
During this phase, you create a detailed design for the space. This includes layout, style, color schemes, and choosing materials. You might work with an architect or designer to bring your vision to life while keeping functionality in mind.
3. Hardware & Appliances
Select and purchase the necessary hardware, appliances, and fixtures that fit your design. This could include things like cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. It’s important to choose high-quality items that align with your design and budget.
4. Executing Project
This is the implementation phase, where construction and installation happen. Skilled contractors and workers will handle the physical work, such as demolition, structural changes, electrical work, and finishing touches.
